ZetaForged is a multi-functional utility mod for fabric 1.17 that does a lot of things, which include offsetting noise scale on individual X/Z axis as well as accessing a new dimension known as the Lush Nether.
Version 1 of the mod is currently publicly available, with a planned v2 rewrite's development starting soon.
